A monofloral honey with a delicate light orange hue and an intense, aromatic thyme fragrance. Harvested mainly in June, July, and August from the North-Western regions of Malta, Gozo, and Comino, where wild Maltese thyme (saghtar) thrives on the garrigue landscape. This honey is prized for its smooth texture and tendency to remain liquid, resisting crystallization for longer than many other honeys.
