Francesco Dal Co is Professor Emeritus of History of Architecture. He has lectured at the Istituto Universitario di Architettura of Venice, at the School of Architecture of Yale University, and at the Academy of Architecture of the Università della Svizzera Italiana.

He received an honorary degree from the Polytechnic University of Ghent and the Faculty of Architecture at the Universidade do Porto. His books on the history of modernand contemporary architecture have been published in several languages. Since March 1996 he has been the editor of the magazine ‘Casabella’, which was awarded the Compasso d’Oro ADI in 2026.
