Shipment processing time

• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
• Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
• If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

• Shipping charges and delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• If you are trying to make an order and we do not ship to your country, please email giftshop.micas@micas.art  for a direct quote.
• Please note that heavy orders may exceed any previously quoted freight cost. If this happens, we will get in touch to agree the increased charge before dispatching your order.

Returns:

• We offer a 14 DAY RETURNS POLICY. Please send us an email at giftshop.micas@micas.art with your order number and reason for return.
• All goods will be inspected upon return.
• We will refund any items purchased from us provided that the items are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
• Customers are required to pay for return shipping and the goods remain the customers responsibility until they reach us. We recommend you use a tracked postage service with insurance and ship back in the original packaging and box.
• We cannot be held responsible for returned items that arrive broken or do not reach us.
• MICAS GIFT SHOP reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return requirements.
• We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged upon return.
• We will refund the price you paid less any shipping and handling fees for your item back to your original payment method.
• We will not be responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
