DELIVERY & RETURNS

How long will my delivery take to get to me?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are expenencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for dellvery. if there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via emall or telephone.

We want you to get your orders as soon as possible.

Malta – Orders will take 2-3 working days excluding the day of the order (starting from the day after).
Gozo – Orders will take 4-5 working days to be delivered due to courier.
Pickup – We will notify you once your order is ready.

My order hasn’t arrived yet. What do I do?

Although delivery should only take 1-3 days, if your parcel has been delayed for longer, please send an email to giftshop@micas.art so that we can check on it for you.

What are our local delivery rates?

Malta & Gozo: purchases over €50.00 can benefit from FREE delivery! Purchases below that are subject to a €5.00 delivery charge, regardless of location.

What are our International delivery rates?

We aim to deliver all across the globe. The website will calculate at checkout the shipping cost based on shipping Country and order weight. 

If you are trying to make an order and for any reason we do not ship to your country, please email giftshop@micas.art   for a direct quote.

Please note that heavy orders may exceed any previously quoted freight cost. If this happens, we will get in touch to agree the increased charge before dispatching your order.

What happens if something is wrong with my order?

No worries! Just contact our help department with your order number and email, and we’ll take care of that for you immediately!

While we take the greatest care to ensure that your order gets to you correctly, we take great pride in packing your orders ourselves, so mistakes can, unfortunately, happen!

I’m missing an item from my order!

No need to panic! Contact our help team with your order number and email, and we’ll send the item out to you!

I bought a product and have decided to return it. How can I go about this?

Sorry you didn’t like your item! We’ll happily accept back any item within 30 days of purchase, and issue a refund back into your account.

Returns can be made in-store upon presentation of receipt.

There are a few things to keep in mind for your product to be eligible for return:

  • Please ensure the package has not been opened.
  • Any product which appears to have been used will not be eligible for refund or return.
  • Any item being returned should be in the original packaging.

My product was damaged in transit! What do I do?

Don’t worry! Please contact our help team to assist you. Provide your email address, order number, and a picture of the damaged item, and we’ll send you a new one, free of charge! We try to pack your items so that this doesn’t happen, but we’ve got your back if it does.

Returns

We offer a 14 DAY RETURNS POLICY. Please send us an email at giftshop@micas.art with your order number and reason for return.

All goods will be inspected upon return. We will refund any items purchased from us provided that the items are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Customers are required to pay for return shipping and the goods remain the customers responsibility until they reach us. We recommend you use a tracked postage service with insurance and ship back in the original packaging and box. We cannot be held responsible for returned items that arrive broken or do not reach us. MICAS GIFT SHOP reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return requirements. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged upon return.

We will refund the price you paid less any shipping and handling fees for your item back to your original payment method.

We will not be responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
