Richard Noble is Professor and Head of the Art Department at Goldsmiths College, University of London. His research interests include utopian strategies in contemporary art and politics, the role of art in public space and contemporary sculpture. He is the editor with Iwona Blazwick of Liquid Sculpture: The Public Art of Cristina Iglesias (2021) and of Utopias in the Documents of Contemporary Art Series published by Whitechapel/MIT. He has had a longstanding interest in the work of Cristina Iglesias.
