Joseph Magro Conti għandu BA (bl-Unuri) fl-Arkeoloġija (l-Università ta’ Malta), Ċertifikat Post-Gradwat fil-Ġestjoni tal-Patrimonju u l-Konservazzjoni (Università del Mediterraneo, La Sapienza, Ruma), u Masters fil-Ġestjoni tal-Patrimonju (University of York). Joseph għandu 38 sena esperjenza fil-qasam tal-ġestjoni tal-patrimonju u fl-arkeoloġija, fejn beda bħala voluntier u mbagħad qatta’ 25 sena l-Awtorità tal-Ippjanar fi rwoli maniġerjali, segwiti minn 3 snin bħala Sopratendent tal-Wirt Kulturali. Bħalissa, jagħti sehmu bħala konsulent mal-Ministeru għall-Wirt Nazzjonali, l-Arti u l-Gvern Lokali. Joseph jirriċerka, jippubblika, jillekċerja u jipparteċipa f’konferenzi u programmi radju-televiżivi dwar il-patrimonju Malti u l- ġestjoni tiegħu.
