Francis Sultana, Ambaxxatur tal-Kultura għal Malta, huwa wieħed mill-aqwa disinjaturi l-interjuri u l-għamara, u jidher regolarment fil-listi tal-aqwa 100 tar-rivisti Architectural Design (tal-Istati Uniti, l-Italja u Franza), House and Garden u Wallpaper tar-Renju Unit. Francis huwa oriġinarjament minn Għawdew, imma llum jaqsam ħinu bejn il-Belt Valletta u Londra, fejn huma bbażati l-istudios tiegħu. Francis huwa wkoll il-Kap Eżekuttiv tad-David Gill Gallery, waħda mill-aqwa galleriji tal-arti u d-disinn kontemporanji.
Fl-2009, Francis waqqaf flimkien ma’ oħrajn il-Fond għad-Disinn tal-Victoria & Albert Museum. Illum huwa wieħed mill-membri tal-Kunsill Konsultattiv tal-mużew. Huwa wieħed mill-kapijiet tal-Kumitat tal-Affarijiet Soċjali u Kuturali tas-Serpertine Galleries kif ukoll membru tal-Kunsill Internazzjonali. Huwa wkoll membru tal-Kunsill Internazzjonali tad-Design Museum ta’ Londra. Kien ukoll kopresident tal-aġġudikaturi ta’ PAD London, kif ukoll huwa membru tal-bord tal-aġġudikaturi ta’ PAD Paris u PAD London.
Fl-2019, Francis ippublika l-ewwel ktieb b’format kbir, Francis Sultana: Designs & Interiors, ippubblikat madwar id-dinja minn Vendôme. Bħalissa, ktieb ġdid ieħor jinsab fi stadju ta’ produzzjoni minn Rizzoli u jimmappja l-kustodja ta’ Francis tad-dwejra għall-kaċċa tar-Re Neriku VIII li hija dar bi ġnien storika importanti tan-National Trust.
